GITE DE LA POULARDIERE. La campagne à 55 minutes de PARIS - MONTPARNASSE, et les 24 HEURES à 20 minutes. 7 kms nord du MANS, 1,2 km de LA BAZOGE (tous commerces- plan d'eau), 5 kms de la zone commerciale AUCHAN et péage autoroutes PARIS-NANTES-RENNES-ROUEN-TOURS-BORDEAUX. Ferme ancienne, entièrement rénovée en 2012 par architecte, 169 m2 habitables comprenant parking et terrasse , accès indépendant, environnement campagnard. Rez de chaussée : entrée, salle de séjour, 1 chambre access+ salle de douche access, cuisine équipée, TV, internet, wc. 1° étage : 4 chambres (1 ch avec 1 lit 160 avec salle d'eau privative et wc, 3 ch avec 2 lits 90 dans chaque chambre et salle de douche privative), poutres apparentes. Chauffage électrique (forfait 15€/jour, du 15 septembre au 15 avril) en supplément, à régler sur place si non souscrit lors de la réservation. Draps compris, lits faits. Forfait ménage 80 euros en supplément.. Terrasse privée avec tables et fauteuils de jardin. Barbecue. Hangar ouvert à disposition.

" Week-end très réussi "
Très bon contact avec les propriétaires et très bon accueil. Le gîte est grand, confortable et très bien équipé ! Merci à Sophie et Patrick pour leur accueil… les cavaliers de Meudon reviendront !

We stayed at the Poulardière whilst attending Le Mans Classic. Close enough to the circuit with great parking for multiple cars. Our wonderful host, Sophie, was very welcoming, helpful and spoke wonderful English. The Gite is in a peaceful, easy to find location but only 15min walk / 5min drive to supermarket, petrol station, chemist, restaurant and boulangerie etc. A cool and spacious Gite for our group with a large kitchen / lounge area with plenty of outdoor space. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor with spacious ensuite wet room (plus separate WC accessed from the corridor).A laundry room is also located next to the kitchen. Upstairs, the double bedroom has a spacious ensuite shower over bath & WC. A further 3 twin rooms each have ensuite showers and basins. They share a WC located at the end of the corridor. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this Gite to friends.

Tant mieux que notre gîte ait été une halte reposante et fraîche en ces journées si chaudes pour ces cavaliers venus du Sud de la France en compétition à la Boulerie. Une famille agréable que nous retrouverons avec plaisir.
