A 15 minutes des portes du Mans (Circuit des 24H) et 20 minutes de la Flèche (Zoo de la Flèche). Dans un cadre plein de charme, calme et confort sont au rendez-vous. Bienvenue à la campagne mais avec tous les commerces à 10 minutes à pied.
Un gîte face à la roue du moulin pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 pers. Gîte de plein pied avec pièce de vie espace cuisine toute équipée, espace salle à manger et salon. Coin nuit avec 1 lit 160. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne et wc. Lit fait à l'arrivée.

Gite moderne avec Tout le comfort nessesaire. Douche, cuisine,in bon lit, tv, parking privé, très jolie jardin avec des moutons, chevres, une ane, chien er une chat...Philippe er Sylvie sont des gens très sympatique 🥰

" Perfect place to stay for a couple near Le Mans "
The Gite is just perfect with everything a couple needs. Wonderful surroundings finished to a very high standard in lovely grounds with ponds that would have powered a water wheel. Great hosts and some animals including a rare long haired donkey to say hello to. The Gite has a great bathroom, huge bed, well equipped kitchen and AC and a good TV (if needed). The local town has everything you need from a Supermarket to a couple of places to eat. The wider area has plenty to do. We went to Le Mans (sadly the main museum of shut until 2026 but it was still great to wonder around the track) and hired a kayak on The Sarthe. If we drive by this area again on a French Road Trip we would certainly stay again.

" superbe sejour "
rez de chaussée bien équipé. Spacieux et décoration harmonieuse . cuisine fonctionnelle. . Un sèche cheveux ne serait pas de trop.. L environnement dont le jardin est sublime... Le gite est idéalement situé pour rayonner dans le sud sarthois. là où se trouvent de magnifiques petites cités de caractère qui valent vraiment le détour. Beaucoup de petits musées qui gagnent à être connus . région très riche pour ceux qui aiment visiter . un petit mot à nos hôtes qui ont su se montrer très discrets . Accueillant bienveillants et passionnés. Bonne continuation à vous et bonne retraite.
